What a great afternoon!! Friendly parking attendant upon entry, great hay ride through the various vegetable fields, an incredible amount of apples on the trees that any size child could grab. It costed 15 for hours of fun and a monster bag of apples ;) Thank you for my kids memories!

I loved how they asked everyone to wear masks and be safe until we got to the crosswalk area. It was very quiet. We were taking photos with the kids until 1 crosser decided to squeeze between us with his mask on his half mouth neck. Why? The who area was empty. Then we got to the crosswalk where a guy drinking coffee mask on his neck off getting close to us telling us the rules and to never take our masks off. What? Stayed far from everyone to take photos without a mask ... We are talking 50 feet or more much more... and were yelled at for masks? Got to the pumpkins where the girl gave a whole explanation about always wearing masks.(she was a very nice person to deal with) I got annoyed with all this talking about rules and nicely asked her why employees don't have to follow the rules. She was concerned and told me to talk to the boss/owner. We went to the store where I politely asked to speak with her and began explaining the situation. She promptly told me it was impossible and said to wait because she had something urgent. I waited, waited. Where she came back and was confused why i was still there perhaps. We spoke, I was polite until she pretty much said it was impossible. I am a liar? How does one treat clients like liars? oh they have cameras? so go check! What happened to apologizing and looking into the issue to make it better for next time? Mistakes happen, we are human. I wanted to nicely let them know but instead was treated like a liar and left angry. I looked through the comments and the Covid stuff is not new... If you go, don't be shy. Take out your smart phone and record it to show them. I should have but I thought they would have been more open.
4th Apple picking place we visit this year and this is by far the worst. We went on a weekday so it wasn’t crowded. Horrible service, very rude staff, they seem like they hate their jobs. We are forced to buy a bag per person, they watch you like a hawk while you pick apples and even though there are a lot of trees , the actual area where you can pick the apples is quite small and people follow you and watch your every move. This is the only orchard that didn’t allow us to eat apples on site. The donuts are different sizes and are 3.50 each, the lady decides whether you get a big one like the sample or a small burnt one. Very bad experience, will never come here again. Not recommended if you want to enjoy apple picking.
Very disrespectful staff! Le old man at the front that is on a POWER TRIP yelling at everyone that are not wearing their mask properly! Racisit too! Talking about “its because of people like you”he actually said that to me! Really over priced ! Cant eat apples! Cruelty to animals! Disgusting farm,.. just dont Go there!.
At first sorry for negative review I will explain you why I am writing this review . I have no any issue with those peoples in the orchard but I have to write and review about health concern because of covid 19 . I was totally surprised and shocked . Right second I said I made big mistake to choice this farm , how could it possible no social distance at all . lots lots of people waiting in the line very very close and no musk . next to lines where we wait for the trucks. Or in the restaurant area. In the mini farm I was in shock to see how many people inside at the same time. No body controlling. it was crazy. How many people getting in. peoples flow like crazy , I understand people paid money and off course came from fur,, so they want take advantage ,, there should be someone for handle peoples . Apple orchard actual area where you can pick the apples is quite small and people follow you and watch your every move. This is the only orchard that didn’t allow us to eat apples on site. They have very good excuse reason of covid 19 they don't allow for eating on site . But I think its not true . Since back from there I am sick , I am coughing continuously and so worry and scare , don't know if I am effected from there . pray to god that i have not covid . I am strongly advice owner that take care everything , put more employee and handle situation or if you haven't much employee close farm save peoples life please . I am so fell sad to write negative comment because I really don't like negative comment on social media .Thank you for understand .
